This collection of caches has nothing to do with the Church Micro series in the UK. Given that the Australian 2016 census indicates that No Religion and Jedi Knight are the fastest increasing classifications of the optional religion question "What is the person's religion?" it is not surprising that there is surfeit of empty churches that have been repurposed.

This old church was constructed as a Scotch Baptist Church and was opened in 1906 . When the second Church opened in the 1920s (around the corner in Danby Street), the old church was then used by the Senior Department of the Bible School. The Church on Henley Beach Road is constructed in bluestone with rendered quoins and window and door surrounds. The side walls are in brick and the roof has been retiled. An interesting element is the castellated porch facing Henley Beach Road and the framed arched
The Church is now used as offices for the Churches of Christ in SA and NT and CareWorks SA following a 1 million dollar refurbishment
