Questa cache è nascosta nei pressi del rifugio Ottone Brentari, ad una quota di 2480 m circa.
Il laghetto di Cima d'Asta è un lago alpino di origine glaciale, detto anche "a circo" per la sua forma circolare. E' situato poco sotto l'omonimo rifugio dedicato a Ottone Brentari, ai piedi di Cima d'Asta, le cui pareti sono riflesse nelle limpide acque. Si trova ad un'altezza di 2457 m, ha una superficie di 91000 mq e profondità massima di 38 metri.
Il tempo di percorrenza per arrivare al rifugio, partendo da Malga Sorgazza, è di circa tre ore, con un dislivello di poco superiore ai mille metri. Il percorso è abbastanza lungo ma non presenta particolari difficoltà tecniche, può essere affrontato anche da famiglie con bambini al seguito.
Cima d'Asta lake is an alpine lake of glacial origin, with a typical circular shape. It's located just below the hut Ottone Brentari, which take the name from a local writer. It stands at the foot of Cima d'Asta, the walls of which are reflected in the clear waters. It is located at a height of 2457 m, has an area of 91000 square meters and a maximum depth of 38 meters.
The travel time to get to Brentari hut, starting from Malga Sorgazza, is about three hours, with a height difference of about a thousand meters. The route is fairly long but not particularly difficult, can also be done by families with children.
