This cache was placed in recognition of Shaved Ewok for finding 1000 caches.
For those of you who don't know Shaved Ewok, here's a bit about him:
- He found his first caches in June 2007 while working in Guatemala and Belize.
- He first created an online account to register his finds in February 2010.
- He has been caching actively ever since, reaching the 1000 finds milestone in June 2012.
- He was recognized with a GOLDEN AMMO CAN for reaching 1000 finds 7 years later in June 2019 as part of NEOGEO 1K Class #31.
- He is currently serving as an organizer on the planning committee for Midwest Geobash and is the leader of the Area 51 festivities at the event.
