This park is named after a good friend of Rinoid's. He enjoyed working with him to design and construct the soccer nets and the warning light system for the LaSalle Stompers - no one welded like Jimmie.
This is another gem of a park we weren't even aware was in LaSalle and is also part of the town's extensive trail system. Definitely one that kiddies will enjoy for many years to come. Its just a small park however there's a memorial here that helps to remind us all how precious life is, and its a great reminder to do what you love and remember to stop and smell the roses. So take the time to give your children, siblings, spouse, grandparents and parents an extra hug whenever you get the chance - or better yet ... take them caching with you - the memories and time spent together is far more precious than any treasure you'll ever find.
