Pałac w Osłej powstał ok. 1830 r. Zbudowany został na gruzach XVIII-wiecznego zamku. W 1903 r. został rozbudowany. Po II wojnie światowej stał się własnością PGR i wtedy to rozpoczął się proces jego niszczenia.
