Well, not really. That is just the name of a Hitchcock movie I had to write an essay about in college, and it gives cachers a number for those challenges that need them. But it gets you in the right area. Large 'micro' cache in an out-of-the-way place with parking nearby. This is a great way to get to the businesses up above without the hassle of Coliseum traffic.
Note on 12/14/19 - I have seen notes about coordinates not being too good and went back to double check. Unfortunately, I don't think my new numbers would be any more helpful. But I WILL say that cache is on the back side of the building. Cache on!
