In honor of the recently departed Angry/Angrier Birds, it seemed like this area needed a new "Birds" series. While not as inventive or mind bending as the past series, I hope this one entertains as you travel the Gilman Trail.
My youngest, MicroMatrix, has become a huge fan of the new series Thunderbirds Are Go, an update of the 1960's marionation show and movies Thunderbirds. Now a combo of model photography and CGI the new show visually modern but still living in it's past look.
Created by former NASA Astronaut Jeff Tracy, Interntional Rescue is a fleet of high tech craft and well trained pilots designed to help whenever and where ever there is trouble. Based on a secret pacific island, the team is far better known for the name of the fantastic vehicles, The Thunderbirds.
Patriarch of the Tracy family and founder of International Rescue, Jeff has been presumed lost after a crash prior to the beginning of the current series. Astronaut and Air Force colonel, he built an engineering empire while raising his five sons, eventually becoming rich enough to buy and convert his private island into the modern marvel and home to his family of rescuers. But, his body was never recovered. Could he still be alive?
