Geocache Description:

Welcome to the latest set of caches on the Texas Adventure Cacher Insane Trail (TACIT). The implication is it’s going to be tough.

Given the remote location, it seems a larger number of caches is necessary to justify the commitment to make the trip all the way out here. So here it is the last set starting at number 621 with 1018 or so as the goal. We were going to stop somewhere around here but the whiners from other countries inspired us to keep going.

In sections of the trail, you/we have enjoyed cell signal on Verizon and ATT. We found many areas did not have a great signal so make sure you have offline satellite maps as many of the road signs no longer exist or were shot out.

Starting with this set we add more difficulty for getting to the container and signing based on your proximity to the container. You will see some old favorites, but we have added some that will make you shake your head if you find them.

The terrain is beefed up for the trek out here, and in this set, you will need still a vast array of TOTTs, better than normal geowits, a monkey, and most likely many very long days. Expect bouncing GPS readings as well.

Please know this series has a larger goal coming in Spring of 2019. Also, we optimized the long optimistic length logs to something we felt as a reasonable amount of Geonic lines. All are Rite-n-Rain paper, so no baggies.

And please put the containers back as you found them. Some of the difficulty ratings are getting them back to where you retrieved them. We found several already moved.
