How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

Centennial Park, known as the “Hub” of Trenton.  This park can be very busy most days of the year!

Many hockey players going in and out of the Duncan McDonald Community Arena.  The baseball diamonds and ever growing soccer fields are busy with players and their families.  The Amphitheater hosts many concerts.  The pavilion is used for Quinte Ribfest, Scottish/Irish Festival, Canada Day festivities, Fishing opener and much more.  The skate board park, splash pad and new play area are enjoyed by many as well.

But for us geocachers; it’s the beautiful trail!  The trail runs along the waterfront and through parts of the park. Please use stealth while retrieving the caches. Please bring a pen to sign the log!  (you must sign in to claim the find)

Stealth is a must, can be a busy location during soccer games.

As always….HAVE FUN!

(p.s.  Dress according to the weather.  Even on a hot summers day you will feel a breeze!  Winter time, that wind is darn cold!)
