Need to get out for a walk or just some fresh air on New Years Day in the afternoon?
Well come on over to Alonnah on South Bruny Island and meet up with some visiting geocachers doing just that.
Alonnah Foreshore Park is on the water at Alonnah on South Bruny Island. It has a playground, a BBQ and a Picnic Shelter.
It is suitable for the geokids, and even the geodog if you have one. Fishing is good here, try catching squid at sunset.
BYO whatever (the General Store will probably be closed, the Hotel will be open). Toilets aand water are available nearby.
If coming over on the ferry from Ketttering, there should be two ferries you can catch after the event.
