The Twixmas 19 loop is a series of 19 caches placed to coincide with the 2019 CacheWalker event (GC8F49P) which traditionally takes place annually between Christmas and the New Year. Hopefully the caches will remain for some time.
The route covers approximately 4.5 miles and is one of our regular walks with geodog Tilly. The course is dog friendly but crosses farmland in places where dogs may have to be on a leash. The route is mainly on footpaths/bridleways/byways but includes two sections of road walking so care is needed with geodogs and geokids on these occasions. Waymarkers are not always in place so directions are give where necessary.
Please bring your own pen. Tweezers may be useful.
Street parking is available in Priors Marston. There are no bonus caches so the loop can be done clockwise or anticlockwise. It can be muddy in places after heavy rain so stout footwear is highly recommended.
