Geocache Description:

This geocache pays tribute to the Piping Plover, a small coastal bird, who is seen throughout the beaches. This geocache is placed at a very common location to visit while at the Island. So while you're at it and are out there finding our geocache pay a visit to the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center. It is hidden near the little walkway/bridge.
