This cache is a tribute to Trevor&Kate.

When GeoCrackers moved to Liberty Lake, we explored the area by finding geocaches and attending events. In the weekends we spend a lot of time hiking the area with the family finding a lot of traditional caches. During the week there was school and work, but for me it meant a lot of time to either explore outdoors or to solve some puzzles. Trevor&Kate have a lot of puzzle caches in and around Spokane, which always got my attention. And soon I understood that a simple translation by Google was not always sufficient in solving the puzzles. As we got to know Trevor and Kate in person it was easy to communicate although our native language still got us playing games. And therefor I played a simple translation game too, by writing our logs on their caches in Dutch. And this little game got us connected for ever. Trevor&Kate jullie hebben een speciaal plekje in ons hart en onze herinneringen aan het avontuur over de grote plas. Dit hebben we vertaald naar een cache die eerst als tussenpunt diende in de multicache genaamd: “With GPS to Tupperware” (GC6WGZM) in de McKenzie Natural Area. De opdracht om bij het volgende tussenpunt uit te komen heeft een typisch Nederlands tintje. Wil je het ook eens proberen?

So have you figured out where to go? Note that there is no longer a container at the location and thus no tribute traditional. The container was hidden the Dutch way but apparently the way it was hidden wasn’t allowed in the US.

For the next tribute traditional, ask WrongWayMommy, a scouts mom. As part of the scouting, you are trained with coordinate systems, GPS and stars.
