The event is planned to be in the corner room at Culvers. We will make room for those who bring a "geocaching themed" White elephant wrapped for exchanging. We will try to start around 6:40 PM and go until the exchanges are over.
For those who may be new to White Elephant the idea is to have an item that is wrapped. We will draw numbers to order the exchange.
The first person picks any present in the pile and opens it. The next person can either take one of the opened gifts from a previous particiapnt or pick from the pile.
If someone who has a turn chooses a present that has been opened by a previous participant, then the person losing their gift can have another turn. A opened item only can be exchanged or picked 3 times then is retired from any additional exchanges and stays with that final participant.
This continues until everyone has had a turn and all the presents have been opened.
Typically the white elephants are used items others can use for geocaching or new items.
Please keep all items appropriate for all ages doing exchanges.
