Rocky Walk Traditional Cache

For a long time I have driven by this spot thinking "That would be a good place to hide a cache!" and wondering why no one else had one there already. I decided with the upcoming souvenir challenges that this area needs some new caches, since so many cachers have already found the other ones. Tree cover may make it a little hard to pinpiont, but I'm sure you'll have no problem zeroing in on the general area. 07/2022 update: moved it slightly on a vertical plane since it has been muggled twice in the past few months.
