This cache is one of many we have placed to attract people to stop and read the background information that DOC have been putting up in the local laybys. Each has relevant background to the area or the view - have a read (No, we are not going to give you the easy way out by listing it all here - go and see!).
One private memorial here is the reason for the cache's name.
Sadly some less-generous characters have destroyed the said memorial: it was to commemmorate two friends lost at sea, at a point close to the view you can see, while on a fishing trip - it included the phrase "Fishing Forever".
The first cache placed here has become too dangerous to remain - this is its replacement.
