You will need to solve the first part of this on a computer or smart phone. This will give you the coordinates to stage 2.
You DO have to BE HIGH to retrieve this cache.
You DO have to GET HIGH to retrieve this cache.
You will need a tool that GETS YOU HIGH to retrieve this cache and you will NOT keep your feet on the ground.
Please utilize Stealth. There will be large numbers of muggles in the area at certain times of the day during certain times of the year.
Please do not attempt to retrieve the cache if there are muggles playing games in the area.
There are many times where you will find yourself to be the sole occupant of the area.
You must sign the log to claim the find and you must replace the cache like you found it.
Update 8/14/2021: The chirp at stage 1 is still there...somewhere. Believe it was found by kids and just thrown in the grass but I can't find it. If you can get your device to pick up the signal, great! Otherwise go to the coordinates given to you when you solve the puzzle and you will find a physical container with the coordinates for the final.
