With a Little Help from My Friends Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

m3a9: This one was approaching 2 years with no finds, so I figured it might be time to let it go. I stopped by tonight after work and retrieved the container (yes, it was there). The intent of this cache was to encourage collaboration and introduce everyone to a new concept for a puzzle, along with a new park I discovered at the final location. It seems that those goals were accomplished for anyone who was interested. Thanks to all my friends who stopped by!

Geocache Description:

There is no cache at the posted coordinates.

Many of us agree that one of the best things about geocaching is the chance to form new friendships with others who share our obsession.  I have been honored to meet lots of wonderful geo-friends over the years, and together we've had plenty of exciting adventures.  This mystery cache will require you to work with several friends (known or unknown, new or old) to get the coordinates for the final container.  Please note, each participant will need a GPS-enabled, internet-connected mobile device.  To begin, follow the instructions below:

1.)  Collaborate with five (5) other cachers that are located with ten (10) miles of the posted coordinates.
2.)  Each cacher, including you, should go to this link using a mobile device.
3.)  Read the instructions, then enter the code 4 0 4 6.
4.)  When there are six (6) people "in attendance," follow the instructions given.

To maintain the intent of this cache, please complete it as described, although I recognize there may be other ways to accomplish it.  (For a little extra fun, here is some inspirational music to listen to while working on this one.) Caching events are a great opportunity to work together, or you can reach out to local geocachers, friends, family, muggles, strangers...anyone, really!  If you need help, just let me know - I'll be your friend!  :)
