This cache is located on the North side of the Don River (Rio Don) as you approach Bowen. It is a short 30 metre walk from the parking location given. Probably best to not pull up directly at the cache as it is a busy highway.
Be careful not to trample the lovely council gardens as you approach the location. The cache is a small camouflaged magnetic container with a log book and a pencil.
