Enter the parking lot of Sharp Mountain Church. Got past the church, the pavilion, and recreation building. You'll see a road that keeps going down towards the play ground. Stay on that road. The item is located on the left side of the road, tucked under a piece of wood. If you see the fallen tree, you've gone too far. Good luck. It has a red lid.
