Sorry about that. I'm living in Michigan now, so it's hard to perform maintenance.

Geocache Description:

This cache is hidden near the Nature Coast Trail. Following the route of rail lines that once enabled timber companies to remove massive cypress from the Suwannee River floodplain, the Nature Coast Trail spans 31.5 miles across three counties, connecting several parks with major springs along the Suwannee River. You can hike, bike, or horseback ride along the trail.  No automobile traffic is allowed. The section with this cache is near the Old Town Trail Head.  Park along NE 81 Ave, off the road, to walk the trail..

We enjoy our home in Florida and like to walk on the Nature Coast Trail.  I hope you'll take the time to walk out to the Suwannee River bridge (old train tressle spanning the Suwannee River), and take in the view.

This geocache is to commemorate one year since I adopted Kismet. I met her on December 26, 2018, and she came home with me the next day. My dogs enjoy geocaching with me, and I always bring them along.

You are looking for a micro cache, with a log book and pencil inside. The log is made of waterproof paper, so an ink pen or fine point permanent marker works best, but try not to lose the pencil (it’s very SMALL). Someone might need it, in case they forget their pen…  Please rehide the cache well, and watch out for muggles who may be hiking the trail.
