Hong Kong Scout has divided into 5 Regions and 44 Districts.
Each Region manages several districts and the District Council manage the Scout Groups within that district.
This cache is located at the District Scout Headquarters of Island District, which is under the New Territories Region of the Scout Association of Hong Kong.
The Island District Region manages Scout groups from Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and there are 13 Scout groups within the Island District.

The District HQ is located in Cheung Chau, near the Cheung Chau Sportsground. The District HQ was built in 1976.

The cache is outside the District HQ, you do not need to go into the HQ to find it.
