Caching and reading are two of my favorite things. What better way to celebrate caching than to combine them?
As a parent, I know how much my son loved when I read to him any time, day or night, but bedtime stories were truly special. From the time he was tiny, we enjoyed books together that made us laugh, catch our breath, taught us things, and made us want to read more. As a teacher, I know that reading aloud to young children is the best way to jump start their learning. The time spent together is always cherished by little ones too. I hope you enjoy this caching series!
Winnie the Pooh was always a favorite in my house growing up. We had the thick book with all of his original adventures in it. The House at Pooh Corner, by A.A. Milne, introduces Winnie the Pooh fans to the game of Poohsticks. Near this cache is near a stream and bridge. Hopefully you have time to share a game of Poohsticks when you stop for this cache.
No need to leave the path. BYOP
