A palindrome is a word, number, phrase, or other sequence of characters which reads the same backward as forward.
Example: RACECAR
A numeric palindrome occurs more commonly of course but it is rare that a calendar date has this property.
Well on 2nd February 2020 we found one and we decided to hold an event to mark the occasion.
We invite fellow Geocachers and non-cachers alike to come and join us to talk stats and the like at:
The Village Inn, Enniskillen (county Fermanagh)
We will meet at the posted coordinates at 12 midday.
Food is served at the pub from 12.30 onwards and we have reserved a separate area in the lounge for this event, however we need to give the proprietors an idea of numbers so when logging your "will attend" please state whether you intend to join us for lunch and if so, for how many.
No purchase is necessary of course - you are welcome to join us just for the geo-chat.
Log your "will attend" and don't forget to "watch" this listing for updates.
We hope to see many faces, old and new ;)
