Von Niederndorf nach Gauerstadt hat man am Ortseingang einen schönen Blick über die Landschaft.

Ein Stück des Wegs verläuft parallel zum Carl-Escher-Wanderweg. Gauerstadt hat eine sehr gute Gaststätte mit Biergarten und Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Weiter geht's gen Rodach. Aber erst Dose loggen.
