Avast ye mateys and join us on Sunday, September 19th from 1 PM - 3 PM at the McCandless Shelter in North Park to celebrate International Talk Like a Pirate Day!
We wil be providing pizza, plates, silverware, cups and napkins. Please bring other dishes and drinks to share and post in your log what you will be bringing so that we don't end up with 10 plates of brownies
We will also have prizes awarded for the best dressed Pirate and will draw door prizes towards the end of the event
Prior to the lunch, my dear wife has prepared an epic treasure hunt that will take you all over North Park in search of Whitebeard's Treasure which will include a special geocoin and other prizes for the First to Find (FTF) and a chance to earn some extra tickets for the door prize raffle after lunch. This is optional but will start at 9 AM, so if you are interested in participating, please arrive and sign in early and you will get details about the hunt
