It's my first-ever event! And what better place to hold it than the home of the French Dipped Sandwich?
Being a Los Angeles Dodgers fan, this place has always been a common meeting ground either before or after baseball games. I'm partial to the pork french dip and the macaroni salad--but there are some who swear by the lamb french dip with abundant amounts of blue cheese.
Please come and join me (and hopefully some more) for a beer (and, again, hopefully some more)! I'll bring some DC Mighty Minis to grab--perfectly fun-sized for dropping in caches! No purchase necessary, of course--just come and say hi if you can.
Parking: plenty of available (free) parking in one of two designated lots, or there is street parking along Alameda.
Meeting spot: I'm hoping to commandeer an upstairs room, which should have multiple tables for seating as well as windows for ventilation. I will add a post if things have to change on the fly.
