I "borrowed" one of Opal and Yugsirap's TOTT items from their cache mobile's truck bed to help me place this cache.
The cache should be pretty easy to locate. I could still see it from the road.
Retrieving the cache might not be as easy, depending on what TOTT items you bring with you.
I had both feet placed firmly on the ground while placing the cache. I would advise against climbing anything in the area of the cache.
There was only a few inches of water present the day I was placing the cache, and even in the spring the water shouldn't be deep enough to risk drowning.
