Axum, place of legends: mysterious kings and queens, the Ark of the Covenant and many other surprises.
When in Axum its a most-do to visit an obelisk or three. Just across from the St Mary of Zion complex is the Northern Stelae Field & its musuem. The cache can be found 20m to the left of the entrance to the Stelae Field at the Axum Gude and Information Centre. There is no obligation to hire a guide or spend any money.
