Raystown Lake has always been one of my favorite areas to cache in and explore. On this 65° "winter" day, I couldn't resist getting out for a walk and placing a new hide or two. You'll enjoy a round-trip hike of just over half a mile on a mostly-level, well-maintained gravel road, which ends at a quiet, scenic spot along the lakeshore. The last 30 feet or so from the path to GZ will require a small uphill climb, but nothing too difficult. An ammo box with swag awaits those who search.
Parking coordinates for the end of Baker's Hollow Road are included as an additional waypoint. Please don't block the gate. Cell service here is very spotty, so be sure to save your information for offline use. Don't forget to do a little CITO along your journey and help keep this area beautiful. Have fun!
