This is an informal gathering at Honiana Te Puni Reserve on the Petone foreshore to celebrate lots of twos and zeros. The event is timed to coincide with 20:02 and 20:20. There are other twenty-related events happening aroud the country, so here's one for Wellington. Unfortunately it's not a Community Celebration Event, but here's hoping there will be at least one in our neck of the woods.
Have a chat, bring whatever you want (maybe a blanket if the southerly's blowing). Hope to see you there!

It's just been announced that if you find a cache or attend an event on this day, you'll receive a shiny "Fun in all directions" souvenir!
Second update
I've just discovered that this date actually has another palindromic property, it's the 33rd day of the year, with 333 days left, both palindromes too. A date that has all these properties (including the date format) has never happened before, and will never happen again!
