NOTE of HAZARD: As you move East/West, you have to negotiate a 60+ foot high steep loose rock climb (See picture), requiring a careful foot/butt scramble along the the trail. At this point you get to test your back country hiking skills and the reward will be another fun story/lie about your adventures on the Lyons Middle Ridge!
As you continue your hike to the East, you will have to move East off this trail (posted WP) and down to traverse the the rock cliff on the South. This move will put back on the ridge trail, and off you go to your next adventure!
