This cache is located along a trail that was built over a railroad bed. The railroad bed was built in the years 1945-46 and mostly by the Chinese labor force. The purpose being to carry coal from the nearby mines in the area. Although the trail is wide there are places where you can stop and view the area below that reaches down to the river. At these places be very careful as the drop is steep. Although I've given parking cords there are other pull outs to get to the trail including the area by the O'Farrell bridge at N47 02.452 W122 02.510 which has limited space. This should be an easy find with a dollar for the FTF. Congrats to Arcbaker for the FTF and nice to leave the FTF prize for the next finder.
