People who worry too much often find themselves with all sorts of diseases: stomach ulcers, high blood pressure, diabetes, wrinkles, arthritis & etc. When I find myself worrying, I usually come to this spot (it's better at night), I close my eyes and concentrate on my breath while feeling the cool wind and the calm sound of the waves.

Τις μέρες που είμαι ανήσυχος έρχομαι σε αυτό το σημείο (προτιμότερο το βράδυ), κλείνω τα μάτια μου και συγκεντρώνομαι στην αναπνοή μου, παρέα με το δροσερό αεράκι και τα ήρεμα κύματα.
