Geocache Description:

The cache is not located at posted coordinates, but is the entrance to the Alameda County Fairgrounds, home to the third-oldest horse racing track of its kind in the United States. Constructed in 1858 by the sons of Don Augustin Bernal, it is still an active horse racing track and is open during the Alameda County Fair every summer.
Solve the puzzle to find the final location of the cache.
