Cuesta de enero

Literalmente del título de este cache, Cuesta de enero, podemos entender que una cuesta es un terreno en pendiente que implica una cierta dificultad y/o trabajo para subir/bajar; y que enero es el primer mes del año.

Por otro lado, la RAE recoge sobre esta expresión: El período de dificultades económicas que coincide con este mes a consecuencia de los gastos extraordinarios hechos durante las fiestas de Navidad.

Una definición más coloquial sería: mes del año en el que coincide el aumento de la demanda de ciertos bienes y servicios con la pérdida de poder adquisitivo que experimentan los consumidores debido al conjunto de subidas de tarifas, tasas, impuestos y precios que implementan muchas empresas y administraciones aprovechando los eventos festivos que conlleva el cambio de calendario.

Aunque para esta ocasión, podríamos usar esta expresión para definir el sentimiento que experimentamos cuando sumamos ”practicar senderismo” a un ”estado de forma física que muchos fofisanos tenemos después de un largo periodo de tiempo de continuadas ingestas ricas en grasas, abuso de sedentarismo y el consecuente exceso de lípidos corporales”.

El cache no contiene máquina de escribir, por lo que debeis de llevarla para registraros. Para no poner en peligro el escondite recuerda tomar el tiempo necesario tanto para cogerlo como para dejarlo. Hard January

Literally (in spanish) from the title of this cache, January cost, we can understand that a cost is a sloping terrain that implies a certain difficulty and/or work to go up/down; and that January is the first month of the year.

On the other hand, the RAE includes on this expression: The period of economic difficulties that coincides with this month as a result of extraordinary expenses made during the Christmas holidays.

A more colloquial definition would be: month of the year in which the increase in demand for certain goods and services coincides with the loss of purchasing power experienced by consumers due to the set of increases in rates, rates, taxes and prices that many companies implement and administrations taking advantage of the festive events that the change of calendar entails.

Although for this occasion, we could use this expression to define the feeling we experience when we add "hiking" to a "state of physical fitness that many fofisanos have after a long period of time of continued high fat intake, sedentary lifestyle abuse and the consequent excess of body lipids".
