Come, bring your flask and raise a toast to my mum, Jennyrebel!
As many of you know, my mum, Diane Westwood, aka Jennyrebel, passed away on 17th November 2019. Mum loved events, especially rare significant ones like a leap event!
Join us at the Picnic Area, Mill Lee Road, Low Bradfield at 10am to reminisce briefly, before raising our cups - full of mum's favourite drink (Tea!) - to Jennyrebel at 10.30am.
Geohounds are welcome provided they are on a lead and respect the ducks.
After the event, Jennyrebel's family will be (come sun, rain, hail or snow) doing her Caching is Murder series, scattering her ashes. This series was Mum's most popular and has some excellent views, so we see it as an excellent opportunity to bid her a final beautiful farewell. Anyone who would like to join us for the walk and/or a meal at The Plough Inn pub after are more than welcome.
