Geocache Description:

"The John Sevier Hotel, Johnson City, Tenn., was constructed as the tallest building in the city in 1924 at the intersecting block of Market Street and North Roan Street. An addition to the hotel was completed in 1929. ... In 1979, the hotel began operation as a retirement center and became known as the John Sevier Center"

The Johnson City Development Authority now has plans on revitalizing the historic piece of downtown.

The location of the sign only cache you are looking for gives you a good view of the historic building. You are looking for a small magnetic container.

Selfies with JSC in the background are encouraged but not required. It will be fun to see the renovations throughout the upcoming years.
