SFT #4A: Top Rock

The cache is the 4th of 9 hidden on this anticlockwise 3km trail which goes around and through the vineyards of this historic farm (see Map in Gallery).
Opening hours: 09:00 – 18:00 daily.
Note: the given coordinates are not for the cache location but for the western edge of the golf course and a suitable access point for the cache.

From #3, continue up, along and around the edge of the golf course to the cache (a small flip-topped dispensing pot) location.

Once the wedding knot was tied, Catharina's life took on dramatic overtones, which continued from that day forward. Two wagons left the ceremony, with the bride and groom in one and some guests in the other. Full of good Cape wine and giddy with the spirit of the occasion, the drivers decided to race each other back to Rondebosch. While the guests clung fearfully to their seats, the wagons vied for position and on rough, narrow road a collision inevitably occurred.
Enraged at this behaviour, the bridegroom jumped down from his seat and became entangled in a fight, receiving a nearly fatal knife thrust, the knife breaking in two between his ribs >>> (continues with #5)
