This time Yugsirap is taking a "Shortcut" from Peterborough

to Faust's Apartment in Oshawa

Opal and Yugsirap picked me up in Peterborough with plans to make a few stops to place geocaches then a few more to visit geocaches with the end goal of dropping me off at Faust's Apartment in Oshawa.

Some people would think that getting onto the 115 and taking it to the 401 would be the most expeditious route.  Not so for my dad.  This time he has gotten pretty close to Highway 115 again, but found a nice wide spot to turn around on Old Highway 35 near Beaucage Road and head north again.  He is bound he is going to get to Highway 7A.

When he was making his turn around, mom convinced him to stop long enough for me to wander off past the snow into some "greenery" and some formerly "greenery" to drop off a Soda Preform.

I recognized the name Beaucage on the nearby little road and mom refreshed my memory of coming to the Beaucage property at the end of that liile road with her a couple of times a year during most of the time I was in public and high school while she was a member of the Bethany Hills Hunt Club.  Horses and hounds.  Horns blaring and dogs barking.  Fun times while I was growing up.
