Geocache Description:

The 2019 - 2020 Winter Cache Games in Saskatchewan (GC8GTY7) and Texas  (GC8FY89) have created a series of team work needed or partner caches between our two countries!  We celebrate flight in our two caches involving 3 cachers in 3 different cities and 2 countries. Start in Saskatoon to get the final coordinates in Texas. Meet up on line with a Texan cacher who at ththeir stage provdies the final in Saskatoon. Thus you and your Texan partner will be cooperating on two caches- GC8KB0N and the Texan version -Flying North for the Winter - IAH to YXE (GC8KB46)where the final is in Saskatchewan. These are international partner caches.  You will help  each other with the multi and are able to claim the find in the location where you sign the log.

Rules for both caches:

1. Each person/cacher needs a partner. No tagging along with others. Once a cacher has exchanged coordinates they cannot do it again. You can find partners by logging into either of the WInter Cache Game sites noted above.

2. You can only log the cache that you visit. Per Geocaching guidelines, you must physically visit GZ and sign the log to get credit. Feel free to fly to Texas!

3. State in your log who was your partner . If you fail to do this or partner with someone who already has exchanged coordinates, your log could be deleted.

****************

The first stage coordinates in YXE take you to an interesting example of Saskatchewan’s recent history. Archaeologists have revealed that the area was occupied by First Nations for over 9000 years. Pioneer settlers arrived much later in the late 1800s. Visit this site and learn about that past. Use the nearby plaque to answer find the number written out as a word. Enter the word in Certitude and you will receive the coordinates to the final in Texas. Post on the neighbouring cache page(GC8KB46) that you have their coordinates and that you would like to trade. Once you have the cordinates to this final, go find it and log it. You may add your partenr's name but they cannot log it as a find unless they fly in from Texas! Thanks to G&N Geocachers and The Wee Mouse for creating this team work cache series. The original cache disappeared and as of march 25, 2020, you are searching for a black bison tube.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
