It's here, it's finally here! That moment many have waited for, for four long years! Leap day! Can you imagine being able to drive when you are 4 years old, if leap day was your birthday? Going to the bar shortly after your fifth birthday? Retiring from work before you are even 17? I mean sure it doesn't work that way, but if you are filling your 365 grid, you better not miss the chance to grab a smiley, or wait another 4 long years!
