This is a wee meeting to meet some local cachers new and old, who haven't had the chance to get to any meets or events as there has not been any in this area. It will get you a souvenir for leap year day on your profile. All are welcome from near and far. Bring any TBs you want to swap or discover new ones.

It's a chance to have a blether and to ask questions.

We will meet in the lounge in Clovenfords Hotel. There is plenty parking in the near area.
