Ammo Can in the Bushes
Just recently, I revisited this location to check on the former 407 TB Hotel (GC61G9R). After the renovations in this carpool lot, the cache was gone! We checked out the other side of the lot, and stepped into the woodlot/field to see what was there. I found a few cool locations, and thought others might like to check things out as well. Surprisingly, this area was full of trails. A local, from the community on the other side of the road, we met while walking these trails, has developed (trampled) an extensive set of trails throughout this open space. After investigating, Milli and I returned today, to hide a few caches.
Warning: The local we met told use this area has a lot of coyotes, and he always sees them when he visits this location. Turns out, he wasn't lying! We saw on as well, walking beside us on the other side of the tree line. May not want to let you small Fido's run off leash in this location. If you want to see a coyote, I recommend evening or night caching. If you don't, stick to the daylight hours.
