Happy 163d birthday to our founder Lord Baden Powell, also known as Bathing Towel!
Today Mark's his birthday which our Timberwolf pack celebrated by having a camp out at the Barlow Creek hall. We decided to hide cache while we were here! Our wolves learned today how to cook eggs in a bag, in a pot of water, and how to light a fire using only tinder and a Pharoah's Rod, also known as flint and steel.
We ran, hiked and fell through the snow, in the beautiful sunny weather! We are having a birthday party tonight at the hall for all the local scouting groups to enjoy!
Have fun finding the cache our little wolves did their best to pick a good hiding spot. This cache is winter friendly however we recommend you wear snowshoes or skins as wading through hip deep snow is not the funniest.
