Parkwood Park is located at 4827 Canetuck Road, and has a playground, two picnic shelters, a full and half basketball court, 0.5-mile paved walking trail, and a recreational multi-purpose field. Park hours are 8am-sunset each day.
This geocache is one of 12 caches in the New Hanover County Parks & Gardens Geo-Challenge. All 12 caches are small, light brown/green plastic containers. This challenge and prize was created for children, but all ages are welcome to participate.
To complete the challenge:
- Print a Geo-Challenge passport from our website
- Locate all 12 caches
- Stamp your passport with the stamper in each cache
- Take your completed passport to the Parks Office to receive your prize
