The Geocaching League Challenge!
Welcome to the Geocaching League! So, you think you've got what it takes to be a Geocaching Master? Well, if you can complete the league challenge, then you will be inducted into the hall of fame! Are you up for the challenge?
To complete this challenge, you must first conquer the Gyms! Located in eight different cities in the GVRD are the eight gyms. Find all eight of these caches, collect the Badges in each one, and then take on the league!
- Each Gym is located in a different city, so you'll have to explore to find all eight of them! (Or, you could check the listing on the right)
- The Gym Leaders have themed these caches after a specific type, which will be reflected by where it's located. Some of them might be easier than others to get to...
- Inside of each gym's physical geocache, you will find a distinct Badge. Collecting these badges is important, as you'll need all eight to take on the league! Please do not take the badge with you (It's attached to the logbook after all), but make sure you take a picture of it or make a drawing of it. Something so you remember what it looks like!
- If the badge is missing or is unreadable, please take a picture of the geocache container in your hands, next to either your face, your GPS device, or something with your username written on it. Please don't post this picture in your log, but send it to the CO in a private message. The badge will be provided to you then.
About this Gym:
Access to this cache is recommended from the north. There is an unmarked trail leading south that will lead you to the cache! This is a very popular dog-walking trail, so take care to be stealthy when approaching and retrieving this cache!
