Manga-Kaikan(commics hall)/漫画会館 Multi-Cache

さいたま市立漫画会館は大宮盆栽村のかえで通り沿いにあります。
ここでは、 「日本の近代漫画の祖」と言われている北沢楽天の作品や仕事場の風景を展示しています。
北沢楽天は、それまで評価の低かった風刺画を芸術性の高いものに変えた人で、 幼少期の手塚治虫にも大きな影響を与えました。
キャッシュは漫画会館にほど近い、植嶽稲荷神社の某所(GZから　方位角340°　距離40m)に設置しました。

The Saitama City Manga-Kaikan (comics hall) is along the Kaede-street in the Oomiya Bonsai village.
Rakuten Kitazawa's works and his working scenery is displied in this hall here and he is said to be "the father of Japanese modern comics".
Rakuten Kitazawa had changed a political cartoon having low evaluation into high artistic quality and  Osam Tezuka was infuluenced by him in his childhood.
I hid a cache somewhere (an azimuthal angle of 340°　a distance of 40m from the GZ) in the Uetake Inari Shrine which was close to the comics hall.
