Mea culpa is an acknowledgment of one’s fault or error. Said by itself, it’s an exclamation of apology or remorse that is used to mean "It was my fault" or "I apologize." As I have learned over the years, we may strive for perfection, but we don’t live in a perfect world. And thus, in this spirit, I am admitting to you that the puzzle below is imperfect. Mea culpa.

Technical challenges and my skill level limited my intent, but on the bright side, I think it is good enough for all of the geocaching puzzle solvers out there in contrast to the dull, non-geocaching muggles of the world. Good luck!



Mount Tamalpais, Michael Schwab, 2000


This puzzle is the eighth in a series of puzzle hides that I have placed on Mount Tamalpais. The puzzles will range in difficulty but maintain higher terrain ratings. All of the hides are ammo cans. If you like puzzles, ammo cans, and adventurous hiking, this series should be right up your alley! All caches are hidden off the beaten path, and I would suggest taking a friend along.
