This Traditional introduces you to a smartphone-based geocaching experience known as an Adventure Lab. I took the idea of a Lab Cache Assistant trad from MBGA in Winnipeg, Manitoba with their permission. To do an Adventure Lab you need to have a smartphone with either an Android or IOS operating system.

If you have no interest in doing the Adventure Lab then skip all of this description and simply go to GZ, find the cache and sign the log.
So:
1. Download and install the App
2. Use your geocaching.com name and password to login.
3. View this Adventure "Heritage Mile". It's a fun little tour of some historical sites in Sherwood Park.
4. Come to this Traditional Cache and find "the code" which you will need to add as a prefix to your answer at each of the Adventure Lab locations. (This is necessary because people have been "couch" logging Adventure Lab locations in North America never having traveled here.)
Here's the trick .....
Say you find the word is CODE. Use CODE as your prefix to each of your answers. Say the question is, "In what year Sherwood Park founded?". The answer is 1953. BUT, to claim your find you must enter CODE1953 in the space where your answer goes. If the answer is a word, simply prefix it with CODE--What colour cat is bad luck if it crosses your path? Your answer would be CODEBLACK .
5. Put your GPS away. Use the App to navigate to each of the 5 locations. The App takes you to the precise spot where you need to be. Read the question and enter the prefix plus your answer.
6. Enjoy doing the Adventure Lab as well as finding this geocache. We are confident you may learn something about Sherwood Park.
